An intensive nine-week program that runs Tuesdays 7:0-10:00 P. Your study will include wine production and classification and a fascinating look at all the major wine growing regions of the Old and New World. Sparkling and liqueur (fortified) wines are included as well as a separate focus on beer, spirits and liqueur. The internationally recognized Wine & Spirit Education Trust is offering a special program for wine enthusiasts and food & beverage professionals and hospitality management.
