        Kick-off Rum Renaissance with the Zombie Jamboree at the legendary Mai Kai Polynesian Restaurant.  Mr. Jeff "Beachbum" Berry, the preeminent authority on tiki drinks, will present a special seminar about the Zombie cocktail featuring samples of Don The Beachcomber's classic 1934 and 1956 recipes. Followed by demos of contemporary Zombies by notable mixologists, Botran Rum’s Tommy Merolla will be competing for the 2011 Zombie Master Crown.  Guests will be asked to place a pirate coin in the bucket of the drink they enjoy most and may stay for a traditional Polynesian dinner and fire dance show!
