This class is part of the Professional Certificate in the Business of Wine program offered through the College and helps prepare students for success in wine-related occupations. Students must be 21 years of age to register.
The one-day course will help you understand and appreciate how food and wine complement one another. You will also learn the correct temperature at which to serve your wine.
Instructor Steve Hamlin of Hamlin Group Hospitality Consulting will combine these and other exciting topics in an enjoyable and educational day.
