This is the perfect class for the wine lover who wants to expand their knowledge and lay the foundations for further exploration. Learn how to write a constructive tasting note, discover what differentiates wines of high and low quality and learn what about you like and why. Over the four weeks you will try at least 16 wines from all over the world while learning how to break down a label and what the differences between the major varietals both red and white really are. Each class you will taste 3-4 wines per session.
