From 6 – 8 p.m., Scardello’s newest Texas cheesemaker, Dave Eagle, will be in the shop to talk about his cheese and how he got started. Dave’s passion for cheese is contagious! Stop by and say hello. Then, from 8 – 10:30 p.m. listen to a little live jazz and nosh on the near perfect food (cheese!) along with libations. All wines by the glass will be just $6, no cover. No reservations needed so come early and join us for cheese, wine or just to unwind!
