Halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco lies Paso Robles, a region part of California’s Central Coast known to produce distinctive reds. The star performers of this region are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Zinfandel. White varietals like Chardonnay, Viognier and Roussane play a small role as well, but deliver big flavor and texture.
We have carefully selected wines that would offer great examples of the different flavors of the region.
