In honor of France's neighbor's victory in the World Cup, Provence's August Chef's Table is featuring tapas and wine from the beautiful country of Spain. Chef Felix has prepared a wonderful menu and would enjoy your company at his table for dinner on Friday, July 30th at 6:30 pm. Miguel de la Mata, president of Alliance Wines Corp., will pair Spanish wines with the following menu that is priced at $59/per person.
