Artisan Wine Depot is hosting a wine tasting exclusively for the young and hip, commonly referred to as the “Millennial” generation!

Ten easy drinking summer wines (red, white and sparkling) will be served.  There will also be bread, artisan cheeses and charcuterie to snack on.

This wine tasting is all about fun, delicious wines and funky beats. An ideal pre-party destination if you're going out on Saturday night!

Advanced tickets are only $9.15 per person – that’s less than $1.00 per taste!  This is a super deal considering a flight at a wine bar would run you a minimum of $14 for 3 measly glasses.

If you’re young and thirsty, join us on Saturday, July 31st between 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM!

Wines being poured:

Praia Vinho Verde - Our best selling white wine. A spritzy, zesty and light Portuguese white that will make you wonder why you don't drink this instead of water.

San Elias Sauvignon Blanc 2009 - I discovered this wine during my stay in Chilé. Mouth-watering citrus flavors like pomelo and pineapple, with a dash of crispy green apple.

Poggio del Robinie Extra-Dry Prosecco - Call it "Champagne" from Italy. Creamy mouthfeel, explosive floral and fruity nose and never-ending bubbles.

Simi Roseto 2007 - You'll never look at "pink wines" again after this gem from Sonoma. Made from Syrah and Viognier grapes, this taste like watermelon, strawberries and raspberries.

Talbott's Kali Hart Chardonnay 2008 - Our best-selling Chardonnay; crisp and light. Easy on the oak, with flavors of fuji apples, creme brulee, cantelopes and other good stuff.

Weingut Bastgen Blauschiefer (Blue Slate) Riesling 2008 - Rieslings from the Mosel in Germany are characterized by their spritzy and lively minerality. Combine that with lychee fruit and spicy apples, and you get of the most addicting wines this summer.

Domaine des Braves "Regnie" [Gamay] 2009 - This is the greatest vintage to date for wines from Beaujolais. Haven't had a Beaujolais? Rich and creamy in the mouth, with flooding flavors of black cherries and more summer berry fruits, with suggestions of rose petals and lavender.

Torre Alta Primitivo 2008 - The Primitivo grape is the ancient ancestor to California's beloved Zinfandel grape. With similar rhubarb and raspberry jam characteristics, this is the ULTIMATE pizza wine. Subtle soft tannins don't intrude on the silky mouthfeel and the pinches of assorted savory spices.

Bruscus San Valentino Lambrusco 2009 - An all time best seller at Artisan Wine Depot, and you'll know exactly why. Served chilled, this is a Sparkling Red Wine from Italy that has addicting flavors of ripe dark fruits. This is the go-to wine to pair with Chinese, Indian and Thai food.

Morada Sangria - We'll have a surprise cocktail from our in-store mixologist on this special treat to finish off the tasting. You'll just have to come and find out what that is!
