Ted Breaux, a native New Orleanian, is the person credited with bringing the American ban on absinthe to an end. He will tell how he did this, and he will discuss the history of the Green Fairy. The lecture will be followed by an absinthe tasting/demonstration. All attendees must be of legal drinking age. Visit www.southernfood.org for more information.
