Chef Edward Lee was hand picked this past June to debut a new culinary style at the National Restaurant Association trade show in Chicago. It was a robust Asian inspired cuisine with southern accents. Much his surprise, dishes like Braised Kalbi Ribs with Heirloom Grits,
Green Tomato Kim Chi and Pork-Bourbon Dumplings were the hit of the
show. It was so popular, that we are re-creating the menu in the Wine
Studio with other similarly inspired menus already in the works. Get
ready for a night of bold spices and new flavor combinations.
