at the Chateau Briand, Carle Place

The spectacular Chateau Briand provides truly elegant atmosphere and comfortable setting for all guests to enjoy their sampling fare throughout the evening...  Long Island's top restaurants will be competing in a judged competition along with People's Choice Awards that you get to vote on!  Come early and tag along with the food and wine judges to hear their critiques and reviews....  Ticket price is discounted for advance purchases.... bring your friends and purchase a table....  great food, fabulous drink, and an amazing selection of raffles to participate in....  come and enjoy a truly memorable evening in a lush setting.... 

In keeping with the Scotto Brothers tradition of creating one-of-a-kind locations, they have once again “Set the Standard” by going above and beyond with the creation of the Chateau’s multi-million dollar Outdoor Oasis.  Weather permitting, Taste & Toast the Town guests will stroll in between swaying palm trees, relax on over-sized seating pit groups enjoying the delights and beverages from a myriad of restaurants, bakeries and wine and spirits establishments while helping to raise significant funds for ucpn.  Guests can chat in front of our colossal fire pit or unwind in the pavilion that comes complete with paddle ceiling fans and communal seating arrangements.  This is even an event where you could host your clients and customers.... 

Distinguished judges for the competition will include members of the American Culinary Federation – Long Island.
