Test your skills as a winemaker in our Claret Blending class. Way more fun than your high school chemistry class, participants will use cylinders, funnels and glass pipettes to concoct their own Bordeaux blend from the five classic varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec. After your creative masterpiece is complete, compare your blend to our current vintage of Scheid Reserve Claret.

Winemaker Dave Nagengast will be on hand to lead this blending workshop and lend his insight into the art and science of crafting an award-wining wine.
