Chef Salony began his culinary career at 15 years old when he was a summer
apprentice at the Waldorf Astoria in 1979.  There, he had the opportunity to
work with many world renowned chefs.  After graduating from high school he
worked as a sous-chef for the Linden Tree restaurant in Bethpage, an
American restaurant under the direction of his mentor, Chef John Catilanato.  
Later, he attended NYIT School of Culinary Arts earning an Associates
Degree.  He then followed Chef Catilanato to Jonathon’s Restaurant Branford,
Connecticut a French inspired American restaurant working as sous-chef.
