We invite you to participate in a truly exceptional introduction of Wine & Food Culture of Italy's 3 most important regions: Tuscany-Veneto-Piedmont, featuring during 11 days from October 20-31:
-Hand's-On cooking lessons with celebrity chefs
-Dining at Michelin-starred restaurants
-farm visits ie: balsamic vinegar, olive oil, tasting of the full range including very old balsamic
-participate in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano, followed by a vertical tasting of aged Parmigiano
-participate in the company of the " trifolao " ( truffel hunter) and his dog to search for the white gems, followed by a cooking lesson with dinner featuring white truffles in each course
-participate in the production of the famous "torrone" - (chocolate with hazelnuts)
-wine tastings in the company of Italy's most famous winemakers
