For this tasting we'll explore the various regions of Australia and the white wines they produce, ranging from the Semillon and Verdelho that are distinctive to the country, along with the international varietals Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, including an unoaked version that is a hallmark of the country. Ranging from crisp and refreshing to full and lush, but all delicious! The wines will be:

Milton Park 2008 Riesling, South Australia
Peter Lehmann 2006 Semillon, Barossa Valley
Heartland 2008 Stickleback White, South Australia
Leeuwin Estate 2007 "Siblings" Sauvignon Blanc / Semillon, Margaret River
Elderton 2008 Unoaked Chardonnay, Barossa Valley
Ad Lib 2008 "Hen & Chicken" Chardonnay, Western Australia

Cost of the tasting is $15. Seatings are at 5, 6:15, and 7:30 p.m. RSVPs are required; a credit card is required to secure your reservation.
