Join us for "The wine tour of Spain" where we will explore 6 of Spain's most exciting wine producing regions.  You will taste 6 distinct wines paired perfectly with 6 classical dishes of Spain.


Wine: 2003 Menade "Verdejo/ Sauvignon blanc" (Rueda)

1. Mixed Antipasto platter

Wine: 2003 Esperanza "Sauvignon Blanc" (Rueda)

2.  Mixed green salad topped with fresh Florida blue crab and a spanish vinagrette

Wine: 2007 Condado de Eguren "Tempranillo" (Castilla)

3. Empanadas stuffed with beef, olives & mixed peppers served with a garlic & parsley spread


Wine: 2005 Vinansar "Cabernet/ Tempranillo" (Almansa)

4. Grilled homemade chorizo on a bed of black truffle mashed potatoes with broiled Manchego cheese


Wine: 2004 La Mano "Prieto Picudo" (Leon)

5. Award winning Paella Mixta with Jumbo shrimp, chicken chorizo and shellfish


Wine: Moscatel Sweet  (Valencia)
