In a room bathed in candlelight, you will sip champagne, be seduced by chocolate, and experience the aphrodisiac quality of some of the most evocative culinary symbols of passion.
Uncover the mystique of why Zinfandel is sexy and Pinot Noir is elegance in a glass. We will pair 6 wines with 6 small plates, beautifully prepared by Chef Pete Wallin. An example of what will be served includes:
- Homemade goat cheese infused with fresh basil and roasted garlic atop a crisp pine nut cracker (with sparkling wine)
- Avocado sashimi roll with shiitake ponzu sauce (with dry Riesling)
- "Barely buzzed" andouille sausage skewers (with Zinfandel)
While specially selected music plays, the hedonism continues as two licensed massotherapists will be on hand to give back massages at your seat!
