Clayhouse Adobe Red The grape source is the Red Cedar Vineyards located in Paso Robles. To create this wine, we utilized four different varietals which are known throughout this region to provide superior quality of fruit. The soils and terrain vary per varietal and range from a steep Sloping terraces of Rincon clay loam to sandstone, shale and a fine sandy loam which is calcareous throughout.
