You have to work, then run errands, then take care of the kids (or dog, cat, you name it); there's never been time for Wine Academy.  For all you work-aholics, busy beavers and long commuters, we've crammed and jammed our four-night course into one POWERFUL night of learning.  Learn proper tasting techniques, how wine is made and the origins of grape varietals plus how to food & wine pair like the pros.  $35 per person includes all class materials, wines and food for pairing section.  Advanced reservations required.  A gift certificate to our One Night "Power" Wine Academy would make a great gift for mom.  She gets a night out' you get the kudos.
