The first 2010 Canandaigua Wine Trail Event will take place on Saturday May 1 and Sunday May 2, 2010 at 11:00 am to 5:00pm.  Come and “Plant Yourself in the Finger Lakes!”  Enjoy the buds and blossoms of Spring along beautiful Canandaigua Lake while sipping the Finger Lakes Finest. Upon arrival to each of the Trail’s 5 wineries and 2 Wine Centers each Guest will receive a different tree sapling to take home and plant to then enjoy for many years to come.  In support for “Greening of America” the Canandaigua Wine Trail will donate 10% of its event wine sales to the Arbor Day Foundation.  For every $1 donated, an additional tree will be used for re-forestation projects across the United States.  Event Participants will be able to sample the foods and products from several Associate Canandaigua Wine Trail members while you shop, stroll and sip.  Purchase your tickets to support not just the Canandaigua Wine Trail but the splendor and beauty of the Finger Lakes as well.  So come on…Plant Yourself in the Finger Lakes
