Expand your wine knowledge by joining us for a series of 4 "Wine 101" classes. This four week course is designed to educate a novice wine drinker on the basic elements of wine, how it’s made, and how to enjoy it to the fullest. Many of us love drinking wine but feel lost by the confusing language used to explain wines and the enormous selection of wine to choose from. These classes will remove those barriers and leave you with a sense of confidence as a wine drinker.

It is a series of 4 classes, once a week, for 4 weeks on Tuesdays. The cost is $10 per class and all classes must be paid for at the first class. A total of $40 will be due at the first class.

Class #1 – The wine making process
Class #2 – Identifying components of wine and common wine language
Class #3 – Proper tasting and decanting/aerating of wine
Class #4 – Pairing wine with food
