Winemaker Dinner - Peterson Winery, Sonoma
March 22, 2010 (Mon)
from 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Raleigh, NC
Cost: $45/Person
Event ID #302646
Hi Y'All!
This month we will be receiving in NC none other than Fred Peterson, winemaker/owner of Peterson Winery in Sonoma, California.
About Fred: Fred has beenĀ making hand-crafted wines since the late 70's. His style is a classic of traditional California wine making, bold, well defined wines, with character and obvious varietal presence, made in small batches of less than 500 cases each, under his "zero-manipulation" philosophy.
What is "Zero-Manipulation"? It is exactly what the words say, very little human intervention, if any; no filtration, made under natural conditions.
His wines remain very affordable. In fact, his are perhaps some of the best-bang-for-your-buck Cali wines in our market today.
Dinner participants may purchase Fred's wines at the event at special discounts. None of Fred's wines are available at NC retailers. So, here is your chance to pick up some of Fred's wines at great prices, while enjoying his personally guided walk through his wines and a great dinner.
I hope to see "y'all" there!
