If you think Bread Winners is just a bakery that serves superb breakfasts, than think again.  For dinner, the chef  "does his magic" and creates specialties, just for Single Gourmet,

A Dinner Club for Single Professionals.  How can you beat a four-course dinner with each course paired with wine (your choice of red or white...whichever you prefer) with choice of starters such as Beef Welllington in Puff Pastry with Cabernet Demi-Glace?  After reading the menu below, you'll realize that this isn't just "the breakfast place." 

 

The event starts with a 45-minute meet 'n greet, the perfect oportunity to mix, mingle and meet our members, followed by dinner with customized seating by age group and common interest.

The menu:

 

First Course:  Choice of:  Beef Wellington in puff pastry with Cabernet demiglace or
Calamari steak with spicy aioli and homemade marinara
Paired with Estancia "Pinnacles" Pinot Noir, Monterey, California

Second Course:  Choice of:  Baby spinach leaves with candied pecans, blackberries and goat cheese with an apple cider vinaigrette or Tomato basil soup with mini grilled cheese

Paired with Hogue Fume Blanc, Columbia Valley, Washington

Third Course:  Choice of: Crab-encrusted mahi mahi with macademia-infused rice and tangerine beurre blanc
Paired with Diseno Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina
or
Angus flat iron steak with horseradish mashed potatoes and a wild mushroom demiglace
Paired with Ravenswood Petite Sirah, Sonoma, California

Fourth course: Chocolate malted cake or Meringue tart with lemon zest & fresh berries
Paired with Hogue "Genesis" Riesling, Columbia Valley Washington

Casual attire. No blue jeans, please.
