Explore springtime flavors of New York wine and cuisine, and learn the basics of wine and food pairing. This fun and informative experience is led by one of our certified wine instructors, and includes three appetizer-sized foods paired with three different New York wines. Note: the food provided in this class is for educational sampling and is not intended to be a full meal.
Spring Menu:
Herb-crusted Goat Cheese Crostini, Maple-glazed Ham, and Lemon Yogurt Cake paired with Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Gewürztraminer.
