Everyone can be Irish at our St. Patrick’s Day Beer Pairing Dinner featuring Custom Brewcrafters, Genesee Brewing, and Ithaca Beer! During this four-course beer pairing dinner in our casual but elegant restaurant, you will have the opportunity to talk with representatives from Custom Brewcrafters of Honeyoe Falls, Dundee & Genesee Brewing of Rochester, and Ithaca Beer Co. Our Chef has created a traditional yet gourmet menu of St. Patrick’s Day favorites to pair with the beers.

First Course: Irish Soda Bread with Cold Oak-Smoked Salmon and appropriate condiments; paired with Dundee Irish Lager
Second Course: Traditional Corned Beef & Cabbage—local Beef Brisket, slow-cooked, accompanied by cabbage & root vegetables, served in broth; paired with Custom Brewcrafters St. Patrick’s Irish Ale
Third Course: Lamb Stew with Potatoes Three Ways—Colcannon, Boxty and Champ; paired with Genesee Bock Beer
Fourth Course: Chocolate Stout Pudding with Irish Ale Ice Cream; paired with Ithaca Excelsior Eleven
