Susan and Ed Auler, Founders of the Texas Hill Country Wine & Food Festival, are pleased to host the Thursday "kickoff" lunch for the 25th year celebration of the festival. Join Famed Chefs for a Fresh Approach to Fabulous Fare: Chef/owner Jon Bonnell, Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine, Ft. Worth; Chef/owner, Randy Evans, Haven, a Seasonal Kitchen, Houston; Executive Chef Josh Watkins, The Carillon/AT&T Conference Center @ UT, Austin. Featured Texas winemakers Ed Auler of Fall Creek Vineyards, Mark Hyman of Llano Estacado, and Pat Prendergast of Peregrine Hill/St. Genevieve, will pair their wines with each of the celebrity chef’s menu courses.

The menu is as follows:

1st Course

Seared Texas Shrimp and Blue Crab with White-Truffled Gazpacho
