| Maximo Chef Amador Mora is excited to host Peter Spann, owner of Spann Vineyards located in the Mayacamas Range of Sonoma County, for Chef Mora's Modern Mexican cuisine paired with Betsy and Peter Spann's wines. The wine dinner begins with a 6:30 pm reception in Maximo's Margarita Lounge followed by the 7 pm seated dinner. Chef Mora and Peter promise an entertaining, mouth watering evening.
