Middle Eastern, Asian, South American, French and Italian cuisines share the stage to create a melody of flavors with each course. Your palate will span the globe with each bite which will be paired with delicious wines from Knapp Winery, Zugibe Vineyard’s and Glenora Wine Cellars. For starters, you will enjoy a Middle Eastern specialty of flafel with a mint and cucumber raita. You will then travel to the second course where a lovely gingered chicken Asian soup awaits you. Continue around the globe to visit South America with a fresh citrus ceviche. Land in France for the main entré consisting of Tournedos of beef provencal served with goat cheese duchess potatoes. Arrive in Italy for your final course, with an airy and delectable Tiramisu. You will be exhausted from your trip around the world but your memory will savor each flavor-able experience. A pre-meal reception will begin the dinner and usually consists of an aperitif or scrumptious cocktail. Bring your friends for a world tour created for especially for your palate.
