Hands On Cooking Class with Lunch and Wine
Larissa Beznaczuk-Smyrnew from NOURISH, will show you the tricks and techniques about making these healthy Spanish dishes, great to entertain a crowd with. Start with Serrano ham-wrapped shrimp with chimichurri sauce. Main course will be the famous paella. Finish off with a traditional cinnamon flan with caramelized plums with ruby port.
