Swing into spring as WinewomenPSP celebrates Old Hollywood at Bing Crosby's. Wine dinner features pairings with Catherine White Cape Classics and The Estates Group of fine wines, all in support of our March charity, the Stroke Recovery Center.
Arrive on time at 7:30 PM for an aperitif of Mulderbosch Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 before our first course of Crosby house salad or soup of the evening served with Indaba Chenin Blanc 2009.
Entrée choices are grilled Loch Duart salmon, braised short ribs or chicken Chasseur served with wild mushrooms and herbs, paired with Excelsior Cabernet Sauvignon 2007.
Save room for dessert of chocolate decadence mousse or crème
brulee paired with Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz 2009, coffee or tea.
