We have heard your requests for a Wine & Food Pairing Class and we have it ready for you.

Joe Canal's is offering a 90 minute class, taught by our certified wine professionals that will guide you through eight courses of different types of food with wines to go with each course. And we do this for you here in our Liquid Learning Center in a totally fun and enjoyable setting. Beginners are definitely welcome, so what do you have to lose?

The class will take place on:
Thursday, March 25, 2010, 7pm - 8:30pm.
Cost is $25 to taste through the sampling of 8 wine and food matches in a classroom format. We need to be very clear, this is not a meal. All foods and wines are served in tasting portions, but this promises to be a very informative and fun evening!
