Q's Food & Wine Series Pig & Pinot Saturday, March 20. 6:30pm. With a salutary nod to Chef Charlie Palmer (my culinary school roommate) & his Calfornia benefit function, we're happy to extend an invitation to our next wine dinner celebrating all things porcine and pinotish. Five courses of seasonal high on the hog Chef Crafted Cuisine paired with versions of the noble Pinot Noir varietal from around the vinicultural globe will pay homage to two of the world's most versatile and satisfying substances.
