1785 Inn Chef Peter Willis has created a six-course gourmet dinner menu to accompany six wines from the Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyards of the Lake Seneca area of the Finger Lakes Region, New York State. The vineyards' owner/winemaker Fred Merwarth will introduce each wine.
The wines include Hermann J. Wiemer Cuvee Brut, HJW Frost Cuvee, Hermann J. Wiemer Dry Gewurztraminer, Hermann J. Wiemer Dry Riesling, Hermann J. Wiemer Semi-Dry Riesling, and Hermann J. Wiemer Late Harvest Riesling.
