We are going to take Petite Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and taste them separately, before blending to make your own 'Meritage’! Then we will have the actual Trinchero Napa Valley Meritage to compare their blending skills with yours. Patricia and Mike are working on making some small plates for the dinner. Should be a fun evening.
