There will be numerous purveyors showcasing artisan cheeses, meats, breads, olive oils, and several other food and beverage related goods. There will also be various local and international wine and beer producers who will be exhibiting their products.

Guests who attend the event will have the opportunity to interact with the food purveyors, wine and beer makers, and owners and representatives of the businesses at the event, and will be able to taste everything being displayed. This is a great opportunity for restaurant owners and managers to try new foods and beverages, to possibly create some new ideas for their menus, and also, for anyone who loves food, wine and beer, and has an interest in learning more about all three. In addition there will be live entertainment provided by Dick Lupino, and other local musicians.

All of the proceeds from the event this year, are going to be donated to the Opera House Restoration Project in Newport which is being restored and renovated. When the theater is finished being restored, it will host a variety of production companies and provide programs for children and adults of all ages, in the area of arts and theatre.  

The event will take place from 6:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. in the Grand Ballroom at Ocean Cliff Resort and Hotel, in Newport, RI. Tickets are $30.00 per person. For additional information and reservations call Patrick Golden at 401-855-3475.
