Our workshops offer a variety of interactive, hands-on formats at varying locations throughout Paso Robles, and feature presentations by growers, viticulturists, winemakers, and industry representatives; tours of vineyards and wineries; blending seminars; and classes on tasting, sensory evaluation, wine and food pairing, and more.
Enology: Preparing to Blend: an overview of the considerations and decisions by the winemaker when deciding to blend.
Viticulture: Pruning: Evaluating vineyards for yield potential (from previous year) to determine pruning levels; reviewing quality information, how pruning affects crop load.
Includes lunch and wine.
