Wine OR Wine & Food
“What grows together goes together” is an expression commonly heard in classic wine regions around the world. In this class, you will use regional New York ingredients paired with regional wines or beers. This class will begin in our Educational Theater with a tasting of wines (or beers) to be served with the meal. A representative of the featured producer will lead the tasting and orient you to the region. Then you’ll move into the Hands-On Kitchen and work in groups to prepare a 4-course menu under the instruction of Chef Instructor Jeff Christiano. At the end of the class, you’ll enjoy the foods paired with the wines (or beers) selected for the class.
