This is not for the faint of heart.  This is where only the serious red wine fan will go.  No we’re not talking 'dark' like 'scary' or 'evil'.  We’re talking dark in the most literal sense.  This will be an exploration of the darkly colored, the highly pigmented, featuring things like  Syrah, Madiran, Cahors, and Petite Sirah.  We’re going to have a complete look at the ‘dark side’ criss-crossing both varietal and international lines, and, as always, we have just the stuff to do it.  Just don’t wear anything white you care about.  Cost is $24.
