James Beard Award-winning Chef Jimmy Schmidt presents a sensual Valentine's Day 4-course dinner including Ginger Crusted Scallop, Slow Seduced Free Range Duck Breast, Dark Side Spice Tumbled Certified Angus Beef Tenderloin, and Chocolate Fritter Pops. Each course is served with wines from J Vineyards & Winery poured by Joe Appenzeller. Entertainment by multi-talented Paul Douglas (piano/guitar/vocals).

The warm and intimate Morgan's in the desert opened in January 2010 to critical raves. This is the first of a twice-monthly winemaker dinner program that will continue through June.
