In the Wine 101 class "Celebration of America" you will:
Learn about varietals, climate & other conditions important for making wine. You will taste wines from our great state of California and learn how to blind taste according to Master Sommelier method. You will learn how to properly pair food and wine.
You will receive handouts and there will be question and answer period. Delicious lunch is served during the class and the wonderful raffle prices will top the event.
