The movie Merlove (www.merlove.com for trailer) is a documentary response to the hate that Merlot received in the movie Sideways. It was a project of love for filmmaker Rudy McClain. He travelled the world, speaking to winemakers from Duckhorn to Chateau Petrus, all in an effort to show how amazing this noble grape can be in the right hands and in the right place.

Of course, we can't just watch the movie without pairing it with some amazing Merlot! Your ticket includes a tasting of some amazing Merlots from around the world as well as light tapas.

Also, everyone in attendance will receive a special code for Amazon to buy the movie if they love it as much as we do!

The movie will begin at 8:00 p.m.  Tickets will be $25/person, or $15/person for current Wine Club Members, payable the night of the event.
