WHAT:         Couples who dine on Saturday, Feb. 13 will be treated to a 5-course menu, which includes choices from chef-inspired dishes of seafood, meat, pasta and risotto and a specially prepared dessert by Chef Tracy Dempsey. The menu will be made from fresh ingredients delivered to the chefs earlier in the day by Maya from Maya’s Farm at South Mountain, who has promised to bring what’s best from the farm. Crudo will also offer sparkling wines for half price on Feb. 13 only.

 

Lovebirds will dine al fresco on Crudo’s Mediterranean-inspired patio.

 

On Sunday, Feb. 14, Crudo chefs Cullen Campbell, Brandon Crouser, Lisa Giungo and Tracy Dempsey will be the guest chefs for Stealthy Table. Stealthy Table participants sign up for a four-course meal, with wine pairings, and then receive details of location and theme the day of the event. Tickets are $100 per person with no more than 50 tickets to be sold. To register, email eat@stealthytable.com.
