Wine and Dine your Valentine and enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner for two in our vineyard restaurant.  Guests will be greeted with a sparkling wine and light hors D'oeuvre reception, which begins at 6:00pm followed by dinner service at 6:30.  1st course is a shared course of beef Carpaccio and sesame seared sea scallops with dressed micro greens.  2nd course is a lobster bisque with Parmesan crusted puffpastry hearts.  The 3rd course are sauteed chicken medallions with a brut and tarragon chasseur sauce over wild rice pilaf and roasted asparagus spears.  The final course is also a sharing of vanilla bean angel food cake with Knapp Ice Wine soaked berry coulis, Belgian chocolate zabaglione and tuxedo chocolate dipped strawberries.  Couples will receive a special gift to take home at the conclusion of our dinner event.  Reservations are limited, please specify which date you would prefer to attend.  Saturday February 13 or Sunday February 14.  Call for reservations 800.869.9271
