Tercero Wines, a small production, artisan brand made by Larry Schaffer, will be the first wines featured in our bi-weekly tastings. Larry was recently featured in the San Francisco Chronicle as one of their acclaimed "Winemakers to Watch".
Tercero focuses on Rhone varietals because Larry believes that the Central Coast offers the perfect terroir - "The Rhones offer incredible complexity yet are very drinkable even when young".
We will be pouring 7 of the current release wines, including the 90 point 2006 Cuvee Christie. Stop by, taste through a wide variety of outstanding Santa Barbara County wines, and have a great time!
