Each Wednesday night at 6:30, Owner and Sommelier Deborah Hansen holds a wine Seminar at Taberna de Haro. Each month a different theme is discussed, and April the topic is "Bierzo: The marvels of Mencia" We will taste five wines from the fascinating Bierzo region, accompanied by several dishes typical of the region, as we discuss history, tradition, innovation, viticulture, and personal reflections. The same Seminar repeats each Wednesday for a month. The Seminars in May will feature the grace and delight of rose wines from Cataluna and Pais Vasco
