Join us for an evening of supper-club cool at Backstreet Bistro! Monday Italiano will feature wines by Cedar Brook Winery from Classic Wines of California. Start with traditional stracciatella soup (Chardonnay, 2008) followed by mixed greens served with bruschetta and candied walnuts (Merlot, 2008). BTW, we hear their bruschetta just might be the best in town! For your main course, enjoy salmon piccata or capellini alla checca served with Tuscan grilled chicken breast (Pinot Noir, 2008). Save room for Backstreet Bistro's amazing tiramisu (Cabernet Sauvignon, 2007).
