Learn how to scoop, hand-roll, dip and dress your favorite gourmet balls of chocolate. Eleanor and Cory will lead you on a journey of the senses with a variety of wines, pairing them with chocolates of various percentages of cocoa tantalizing your palette for a sensuous experience.
