Wine Exploration – Gems of the Okanagan
Thursdays (5 weeks) Feb 25 – Mar 25 7 pm – 9:30 pm $199 + GST
Unlock the mysteries of this revered beverage as we tackle common terminology, decipher labels, learn how to evaluate wine, and discover how and why certain foods and wines go together. Participants will learn about the history of Okanagan wine country and the elements that make it unique. And, of course, we will enjoy samplings of the Okanagan’s treasures!
