Acoustico is a two-piece ensemble that performs an entertaining blend
of original songs and unique translations of various artists from the
‘60s & ‘70s to the present. Casual listeners and musical fanatics
alike typically walk away with a smile on their face and their toes
tapping.
David Orr plays guitar, sings, and writes much of the original music that ‘Acoustico’ plays. He has been a solo artist on the Central Coast and in Northern California for over thirty years.
Valerie Cornejo plays guitar & stand-up bass (Rita), and brings her powerful and melodic voice to both lead vocals and harmonies. She has played in numerous bands in California, most notably on the local scene with The Wayside Travelers.
