Intermediate Whiskey Distiller's Course - Take your distilling knowledge to the next level and learn how to make a small batch of whiskey. This is a hands on class and will feature a guided whiskey tasting. It is designed as a follow up to the introduction to distilling classes (mandatory for followup class) held in Feburary.
